Bonnie does very customized work and takes the time to get to know the organizations she works with. From her years as an executive director and as a guide to numerous organizations as a consultant, she is able to use her in-depth knowledge of how organizations actually operate to help ensure that strategies developed meet an organization’s needs and align with its capacities.  She has worked long-term with many organizations, helping to guide them through the important implementation steps that follow an initial strategy design phase.
