Project Description
The Global Health Council is a newly revitalized network of industry leaders and advocates looking to refocus its membership with a new more visionary approach to its role. I worked with the Board and Staff on a strategic exploration and decision-making process that would help the Council evolve into a sustainable and inspirational touchpoint for its community. In addition to process and group facilitation, I worked closely with the executive director to analyze and strategize about the breadth of input and ideas from multiple stakeholders. This initial process helped the Council to eventually develop the Global Health Council Roadmap below.

- Advising and counseling through key program junctures
